Hi, everyone!
It's a very exciting week here at The Nocturnal Library! Magic Breaks, the seventh Kate Daniels novel, is finally being released into our hands! (Of course, I myself have read it twice already, but that won't stop me from reading the hardcover when it finally gets here.)
Magic Breaks is not just any ol' book. It finishes a seven-book long story arc and sets foundations for an entirely different one. It was, undoubtedly, very hard to do but it was done fabulously. In addition, this is the first Kate Daniels book published in hardcover, which I know authors were a bit nervous about (Ilona tends to write delightfully neurotic blog posts), but I for one am excited to have this in a format that's likely to stay in mint condition. Mass market just isn't good enough for this series.
To celebrate the release of this beauty, I joined forces with the lovely people at Penguin and put together a giveaway for you guys. You can enter to win one of 3 copies of Magic Rises, the sixth book in this series. I made enterting as easy as possible for you.

Love this series so much! Kate is one of my all time favorite main characters. I'm currently on book # 3 and I can't believe I didn't read this series sooner.

ReplyDeleteI haven't start this series yet, but with the final book having scored 5 stars from you... I really ought to add it to the TBR list already, even if it's a 7 book series!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to start this series and it just sounds so good. Oh I'm happy and not happy that another ARC is going. I'm happy since I'll have more books to read. I'm not happy since I'll have more books to read. LOL :)
