Feature & Follow Friday (6)

Hi, passionate readers! It's Friday again. Don't you just love Fridays? We have the whole weekend ahead of us, and most of us will spend it reading.

Q: Many readers/bloggers are also big music fans. Tell us about a few of your favorite bands/singers that we should listen to in 2012.

I should really let Lisa answer this question since I'm still stuck at worshiping System of a Down, and nobody wants to hear that, but I've managed to think of a band we both adore. There are two, actually, since we're huge fans of Linkin Park, but ever since we discovered Chester Bennington's other band, Dead by Sunrise, we are both in love. Here's a video for you (Lisa's choice, but my favorite too):

    Yes I adore Linkin Park too! I think the first song I listened by Linkin Park was Leave out all the rest which I absolutely love! Thanks for stopping by! Old follower too here! :)

    Ooh, I like System of a Down and Linkin Park. Bit of trivia for you - I met Linkin Park when they were all doing a bungee jump off the Sky Tower in Auckland. Bizarre. Thanks for visiting my blog - I saw REM a few years ago too. They were awesome.

    HUGE fan of Linkin Park!!!
    The funny thing? My 8 yr. old daughter adores them too--she thinks the lead singer has a sexy voice, lol.
    Right now, Avenged Sevenfold is owning me--Love all types of music, but tend to listen to more Alternative Rock. Thanks for the video---listening to it right now and LOVE IT>

    Linkin Park is one of my all time fave bands! I actually got to meet Mike Shinoda and Phoenix once (I was a total dork). I hadn't heard of Chester's new band though! Holy moses I'll have to check it out.

    DUDE!!! We SO share the same taste! SOAD is all sorts of awesome, Slipknot as well. I've seen Linkin Park like 6 times, and when they come remotely near me again I'll be going again! Love em to death! (They were going to be here for DeLuna Fest this past Oct but Chester hurt his arm =*( )

    Haha! I like System of a Down :-) And Linkin Park is pretty great too! I first listened to them when I started a new job and found a burned cd in my new desk. It was a blank, mysterious disc that I came to find out was Linkin Park. I played it constantly!
